Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mamedaakye. We partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you high-quality products directly from our manufacturing partners. Because items ship straight from the source, they may be dispatched in separate packages.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We calculate shipping dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note our estimated transit times below:

Estimated Delivery: 2 to 12 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and occasional carrier delays can occur.

3. Separate Packages

If you order multiple different items, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers. In these cases, your items will arrive at slightly different times in separate packages. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we will send an email confirmation containing your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier network.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mamedaakye is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
